What is Hydrotherapy?
Colon hydrotherapy is a healing procedure that gently flushes the colon with water. This internal cleansing improves health and wellbeing by removing toxins from your body, therefore boosting your immune system and overall health.
During a hydrotherapy session, the client gently inserts and retracts a disposable speculum. Temperature and pressure-controlled warm water flows through the speculum into the colon, which softens the fecal matter, allowing easy evacuation. Hydro-therapists are there to modestly guide and assist their clients through the cleansing process.
